At Slomotion, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly, in pristine condition, and with the utmost care. Please find our detailed shipping policy below:

1. Order Dispatch & Delivery: 
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days of confirmation. 
  • The above mentioned delay is because we are a MADE TO ORDER brand and all our products including Footwear, Leather Goods & Accessories are 95 % Hand-Crafted.
  • The normal delivery across India takes 4 to 6 days, depending upon the service of the courier partner and issues related to weather, logistics & other current affairs.
  • Customers can also request for an URGENT DELIVERY in cases of pre scheduled travel plans or events via  info@slomotion.in. Please NOTE that for urgent deliveries via Air, the customers will have to bear the full expense from their side ( only the remaining amount on top of the 250 shipping charges he/she had already payed while placing your order ). Our team will notify you with an invoice of the same and the customer will have to pay the remaining amount of the shipment before the same has been dispatched from our end. 
  • Once dispatched, our delivery partner, Shiprocket, will notify you via email /SMS with tracking details and the estimated delivery date. Always enter your Mail id for better communication. 
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, but we ensure timely updates to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Charges: 
  • For orders with a total value below ₹2990, a standard shipping fee of ₹250 will be applied at checkout.
  • Orders valued at ₹2990 or above are eligible for free shipping across India.

3. Operational Days: 
  • We ship orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

4. Single Destination Shipping
  • Each order can be shipped to a single delivery address only. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

5. Cancellation Policy: 
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to proceed with the order, you may refuse delivery when approached by our courier partner.

Modifying Shipping Address After Placing an Order The shipping address for an order can be updated as long as the order has not been processed and dispatched. To request a modification, please email us at  info@slomotion.in with the updated address details at the earliest.
